Academic work Cover, vinyl packaging and tour poster design for An Ending (Ascent) - a track by Brian Eno. The tracks’ inspiration was taken from the Apollo moon landing missions, which is why the design is space themed. On the cover there are pictures of different light sources taken by myself. These pictures conceptually represent stars in the night sky. On the tour poster the star effect is also achieved by the placement of text. During the process of making these designs, I also created collages taking inspiration from my coursemates’ keywords that they wrote down while listening to this song. These keywords are used on the inner spread of the vinyl.
